During the workshop, I will guide you through the foundations of mindfulness and how to apply the practice of mindfulness and meditation in your everyday life in less than 15 minutes a day. You’ll also be able to practice with me and receive tips and resources to continue your practice. Some of the things you will discover:

What Mindfulness actually is

I’ll break down what Mindfulness and Mindfulness Meditation are about and what they’re not including the 3 Anchor Points of practicing mindfulness.

The key foundations of Mindfulness practice

You will discover about the repeating cycle of mindfulness and how to guide your attention back to what is in front of you when your mind begins to wander. These new, more systematic, and loving ways will help you become familiar with the field of your own body, mind and heart so you can release stress, calm your mind and enjoy your life.

How to easily apply Mindfulness in your life in less than 15 minutes a day

You will learn the key skills you need to widen your attention. and expand your awareness, and how to make your mindfulness practice a habit in LESS than 15 min a day. I’ll also cover the common meditation obstacles and how to overcome them.
